The trial is the full product. Nothing is uploaded to us: it runs on your machine and reads your mailbox in read-only mode.

How the trial works

  1. 01Request trial accessTell us about your company and mailbox below. We send you the installer and setup notes; there is no public download.
  2. 02Install on a Windows computer or serverInstall it like any program, then answer a few setup questions: your company name, GSTIN and email domain. No settings files.
  3. 03Connect the procurement mailbox, read-onlyMicrosoft 365, Gmail or another provider. Or start with the built-in demo mailbox, no account needed.
  4. 04Run a History checkChoose 6, 12 or 24 months of past email. ExelProc checks every invoice it finds and shows what needs a person.
  5. 05Review for 30 daysIt keeps checking new mail. At the end, enter a subscription key to keep it running, or simply stop using it.

What you’ll need

  • A Windows computer or server that can stay on
  • Someone who can grant read-only access to the procurement mailbox—for Gmail, an app password; for Microsoft 365, a work-account sign-in
  • Purchase orders, goods receipts and invoices that arrive in, or are sent from, that mailbox
  • Someone in finance or accounts payable to review what it finds
